Thailand News - Foreign owned SEX FOR SALE Website Shutdown | Thaksin Shinawatra
Aug 21, 2023 Season 5 Episode 8
Ciaran Mc

A foreign owned website that provides information on selling sex in Phuket and Pattaya has had its website closed down by the Thai authorities. The website, which was registered to a company in the United Kingdom, was shut down after complaints were made to the authorities.

This is a significant victory for the Thai government, which has been fighting to crackdown on the sale of sex since the election of the military junta in 2014. The website was one of the most popular sources of information on the sale of sex in Thailand, and its closure will hopefully help to reduce the demand for sex trafficking in Thailand.
